Dr. Helmuth Billy is the leading LAP-BAND® Surgeon in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Dr. Billy is a board-certified general surgeon and a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery (ASBS ).
He is a member of the training faculty for the LAP-BAND® system and also participates in ASBS workshops to train surgeons in laparoscopic bariatric procedures.
