About Our Practice
Dr. Billy and his staff, are one of the most experienced bariatric surgical practices in the country. Dr. Billy has offered the LAP-BAND® System since its approval by the FDA in 2001. It has proven to be an excellent choice for achievieng weight loss in severe obesity patients. If you want to learn more, we strongly encourage you to attend one of our free seminars. At the seminar you will meet Dr. Billy in person. You will learn all about the LAP-BAND® System and other alternative solutions for the surgical treatment of severe obesity. After attending a seminar you are ready to make an informed decision about how you want to begin your journey to a "lighter" life. The practice provides support, education, and excellent care during the decision making process, during surgery and throughout the rest of your life.
Our office is coveniently located at 3200 Telegraph Rd. in Ventura, California. Our seminars are held in our Ventura office and in Thousand Oaks at the Journey Lite Surgery Center. Surgery is performed at one of our three facilities. St. Johns Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, or Journey Lite in Thousand Oaks.
